Eligibility
The promo is open to all Filipino citizens aged 18 years old and above.
Note: CIC employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Join
To qualify, participants must:
a. Create an original video testimonial in English, Filipino, or Taglish, sharing how your CIC Credit Report helped or benefited you.
Your testimonial should offer practical insights that help other Filipinos understand the value of a CIC Credit Report. You may talk about topics such as:
- Better understanding your credit history
- Preparing for a loan application
- Correcting inaccurate credit information
- Building better financial habits
- Gaining confidence in managing their finances
b. Mention in your video the month and year when you requested your CIC Credit Report. The request must have been made within the last two (2) years.
c. Post your video publicly on your Facebook and TikTok accounts, adding the official campaign hashtag #MyCICCreditReportStory in the caption and tagging the official CIC Facebook and TikTok account.
d. Accomplish the registration form to formally submit your entry: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/RDVu0SaLUg
e. Email the copy of your published video to CIC at communications@creditinfo.gov.ph.
Video Requirements
Your video must:
a. Be 1 to 5 minutes long.
b. Clearly feature you speaking on camera.
c. Be truthful, original, and based on your personal experience with your CIC Credit Report.
d. Use only minimal editing (e.g., trimming, captions, or background music). Edits must not alter or misrepresent your testimonial.
Grounds for Disqualifications
Entries will be disqualified if they:
- Do not meet the eligibility, submission, or video requirements.
- Use AI-generated avatars, voices, photos, or videos, whether in whole or in part.
- Use stock footage, animations, motion graphics, or slide presentations as substitutes for the participant’s on-camera testimonial.
- Contain offensive, defamatory, misleading, false, or unauthorized copyrighted content.
Selection of Winners
Only testimonials that are authentic, informative, and helpful in demonstrating the value and proper use of the CIC Credit Report will be considered. The twenty (20) most compelling qualifying entries will be selected as winners.
CIC reserves the right not to declare a winner if the submitted entries do not sufficiently demonstrate the intended purpose of the challenge.

Submission Period
Entries will be accepted until twenty (20) qualifying winners have been selected. CIC reserves the right to close the promo and announce the winners once the required number of winners has been reached.
Use of Entries
By participating, entrants grant CIC a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and feature their submitted videos, in whole or in part, across CIC’s official communication materials and digital platforms for promotional, educational, and public information purposes. Proper attribution will be given whenever practicable.
Other Terms
CIC reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all entries. Any attempt to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in disqualification. CIC’s decision on the selection of winners is final and non-appealable.
